Fifteen years ago an associate gave me an excellent curry book called the "Indian Restaurant Cookbook", by Pat Chapman (Curry Club fame). Since then I've learned to cook, and appreciate the rich and historical culture surrounding, curry.

In the hot curry house (my virtual restaurant!) you will find my favourite recipes, plus some cooking techniques that have helped me produce curries with that authentic restaurant flavour. All that is required is a good cookbook (and I have listed some in the lounge), fresh ingredients and the desire to make a really mouthwatering curry.
